This policy explains what information Max Auto Finish uses when you build or send a detailing request.

Information you provide

The quote flow may ask for your name, phone number, email address, vehicle information, condition selections, service address, ZIP code, preferred date, appointment window, and notes. If you send photos by text or email, those are also information you choose to provide.

How information is used

Information is used to calculate and review estimates, confirm service-area eligibility, communicate about requested appointments, provide detailing services, handle payment or service records, and improve service timing and package accuracy.

Request submission

When you submit a detail request, the website sends the information to the booking system for review. A request is not a confirmed appointment until it is approved. Do not include payment-card numbers, government identifiers, or other sensitive information in the notes.

Service providers

Website hosting, analytics, messaging, scheduling, invoicing, or payment providers may process limited information needed to operate those functions. Max Auto Finish does not sell customer personal information.

Retention and choices

Business records may be kept as reasonably needed for appointments, customer service, accounting, legal obligations, and repeat-service history. You may request correction or deletion of non-required information by contacting Max Auto Finish, subject to records that must be retained.
